David Olsen has been working as a personal trainer at the Abbotsford Recreation Center since 2007.

He is a very experienced fitness coach and has great results in supporting men on achieving their fitness goals.

David is a passionate rock climber and a long distance swimmer.

He believes in a good night's sleep, better awareness around nutrition and an active lifestyle is key to getting the results you want. Then it is hard work and following a training program that you can actually enjoy.
