Confidence vs courage
The art of facing fear
Courage means doing the right thing, even when it’s really hard or you have to give up something important. It’s about standing up for what’s fair and kind, even if it’s not easy for you.
For example, if you see someone being treated unfairly, courage means helping them, even if it means others might not like it. It can also mean telling the truth, even when you’re scared of getting in trouble.
Being courageous doesn’t mean you’re not afraid. It means you care more about what’s right than your fear. Sometimes, doing what’s right requires sacrifice, like giving up your time or something you love, but it helps make the world a better place.

19. The key to building confidence - Courage Topic
Summary:
Confidence cannot grow if we are never willing to be without it.
To build confidence, go where you have none. Repeat every day and watch your confidence develop.
Confidence is situation specific, but what you keep as you move around is the belief that you can tolerate the fear as confidence grows.
You do not need to overwhelm yourself with your worst- case scenario. Start with small changes.
Along the way be your own coach, not your worst critic.
Courage comes before confidence.
