Define your happiness habits
Write down three things that give you an intense feeling of well being: let's call them Happiness Habits. See if you can do them each week.
For example, a successful week might include a walk in nature, an Epsom Salt bath, and three meals at the table with your family.
Or it might be spending time with one of your close friends, time to play your guitar, and going out to lunch with your mom.
Your Happiness Habits will be unique to you.
Over time you can increase the number of Happiness Habits slowly but surely.
You may not manage to do them all every week but the practice of defining them and assessing how many you have done, will help you counteract the happiness - killing effect of the ( consumption) world.
Finding your mission
How to achieve your most ambitious goal
Creating and adjusting life and relationship goals is like making a plan for your future and checking if you're on the right path.
Sometimes, things change, and we need to update our goals so they still fit who we are and what we want. It's important to set goals that are possible to reach, and that keep us growing, both on our own and with others. In a relationship, both people should feel like their goals matter and can change together.
This means listening to each other, respecting boundaries, and working together to support those goals. By checking in and adjusting goals as life moves forward, you can keep things balanced and stay focused on what makes you both happy.

Write your Happy ending
Now take a moment to write down what a happy life looks like for you.
Imagine that you are on your deathbed.
Looking back, what are the most important things you will want to have done in order to feel happy and content?
This is an incredibly useful exercise as it helps give you a 30,000 foot view on the direction of your life.
Understanding these big overarching life goals will help you shape your daily and weekly Happiness Habits.
Doing these two simple exercises regularly will help you to redefine success for yourself.
The Define your Happiness Habits exercise is a great one to do on a weekly basis, perhaps on a Sunday morning over a cup of tea.
The Write your own Happy Ending can be done more infrequently - perhaps monthly or quarterly.
These exercises are about bringing a heightened awareness to your life and the hours you're living it. It's only through this awareness that you bring about the possibility of change.
Once you define what success looks like for you, you will find that you start to move your focus to the right things, turning down the noise from your ( consumption) brain and increasing the volume of happiness.
