Resilience
Growing stronger
Resilience is the ability to bounce back and grow stronger when facing tough situations. It means not giving up when things get hard, and instead, learning from the experience.
When we face challenges, like a setback or a tough time, resilience helps us stay determined and positive. It’s about having the right mindset to grow from these challenges, using what we've learned to do better next time.
Resilience can be built by developing coping skills, staying positive, and finding ways to deal with problems. This helps us handle life's ups and downs and become stronger and wiser as we go.
