Acceptance Can Be Tough
Sometimes, we don’t want to believe what’s happening, even when everyone else sees it clearly. It’s like hitting your head against a wall, hoping things will change.
Big, painful things—like losing someone you love, getting surprising bad news, or remembering tough experiences from when you were younger—can take time for your heart and mind to understand. It’s okay to need time.
Sharing your story and having someone listen can help. Holding it all inside makes it harder to heal.
But sometimes, instead of accepting things, people push forward with sheer determination to change what they don’t like. That can be really hard but might lead to success.
Whether you accept or push ahead, both paths take strength. You decide what’s best for you.
