The Peace Builders Network actively promotes local certified personal fitness trainers and encourages them to play a more active part in supporting local men in their health journey.
This is done on three levels:
Encouraging personalized physical fitness assessment, motivation, coaching and realistic custom training schedules.
Encouraging more active social connecting and participating of local men / clients within their community’
Encouraging local men/ clients to explore mental health topics within PBN and connect with appropriate local mental health resources.
